Renowned architect Sean Lockyer of Studio AR&D combined forces with interior designer Anthony Cochran to redefine a rare 1940s homestead in Rancho Mirage and double the footprint with a new addition. Historic preservation meets stunning contemporary architecture in this down-to-the-studs remodel where no expense was spared.
