This may involve listing on real estate websites or online directories. Finally, it’s time to wait for offers from interested buyers and negotiate a fair price that you are both happy with. After the deal has been agreed upon it’s time to sign the contracts and close on the deal.

After all is said and done it’s important that you stay on top of any paperwork or contracts until the deal has been closed. This ensures that the transaction goes smoothly from start to finish.
